User-provided content

If in the sites owned by The Bridge – TTMT SA there is the possibility for registered Users to freely enter their own contents, whether they are messages, requests for information or thematic articles, Users are responsible for their own and third party contents that they share on the sites of The Bridge – TTMT SA, by uploading them, inserting contents or in any other way. Users release the Owner from any liability in relation to the unlawful dissemination of third party content or the use of The Bridge – TTMT SA sites, in ways that are contrary to the law.

 

Rights on content provided by Users

The only rights granted to the Owner in relation to the contents provided by the Users are those necessary for the operation and maintenance of the sites developed by The Bridge – TTMT SA.

Use of the Coupon

Unless otherwise established, the following rules apply for the use of the Coupon.

  • Each Coupon is valid for one User only unless otherwise specified and can be used only once in the manner and timing established in the instructions on the website and / or accompanying the Coupon itself.
  • Partial use of the Coupon or use in ways that involve full redemption in subsequent stages is not permitted.

Services provided by third parties

Trial period

Subscription subscription

Automatic renewal

If the User chooses to take out a subscription, the subscription subscriptions are renewed automatically through the payment method that the User has chosen at the time of purchase. The renewed subscription will extend for the same time period as the original Service period. Users can disable automatic renewal at any time by changing the preferences of the payment method used. Cancellation

Users can cancel the activated subscription at any time.

Methods of payment

Effects of withdrawal

If the User withdraws from this contract, he will be reimbursed for all payments he has made to the Owner less € 50 justified as costs of administration and management of the order. The refund must be made no later than 14 days from the day on which the Owner is informed of the User’s decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the User for the initial transaction. In the event that a refund provides for the return of the physical asset, the refund may be suspended by the Owner until the goods are received or until the User has demonstrated that he has returned the goods.
The User is requested to return the goods and deliver them to the Owner without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the User returns the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the User.The User is only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

 

Limitations to the right of withdrawal on products

Damaged or used products, even if only partially, are not replaced or reimbursed. The User must insert a copy of the delivery document received inside the packaging box.

Without prejudice to the existence of the clauses relating to withdrawal and the limitations of the right of withdrawal referred to above and with the exception of services rendered by subscription, seminars and physical goods subject to shipment (unless otherwise specified in relation to the particular service or product) , the Owner guarantees the User the possibility of obtaining a refund of an amount equal to the amount paid by the Customer for the purchase of a digital content (eg video courses, tutorials etc.) made on the sites created by The Bridge – TTMT SA if the User is able to demonstrate the uselessness of the product or service purchased.
This right can be exercised by the User within 30 days of payment for the digital content and once a year.
Subsequently, this refund will be granted at the sole discretion of the Owner.

Warranty

Live courses

Without prejudice to the existence of the clauses relating to withdrawal and the limitations of the right of withdrawal referred to above, with regard to enrollment in live courses, also known as free on-site courses, any cancellations or entry transfers must be received in writing at the address info@thebridgettmt.com at least 15 days before the start of the classroom course to which the customer had confirmed his adhesion by means of a purchase order for the online training product combined with participation in an on-site course.
Cancellations or transfers beyond the deadline of 15 days before the start of admission do not provide for any form of reimbursement or change of edition.
Without prejudice to the existence of the clauses relating to withdrawal and the limitations of the right of withdrawal referred to above, in case of purchase of the entrance ticket at a reduced or discounted rate, the same ticket is not refundable or usable in a further edition.

 

Business Users

Users who wish to join the commercial partnership program with the Owner will be granted the right to create customized offers and resale programs for the Service for their users. The Service is provided “as is”

The Service is provided by the Owner “as is”, without any express or implicit guarantee as to its accuracy or availability.
